Send Your Scan

Send your intraoral scan through your existing scanner portal or upload the STL file. We support all major scanner systems and common file formats.

File Review & Preparation

Each file is reviewed and prepared for printing, including model creation, trimming, and base design to ensure accuracy and clean fit.

Appliance Fabrication

All appliances are fabricated in-house from start to finish, ensuring consistent quality control and reliable turnaround.

Local Delivery

Retainers: 2–4 business days

Expanders: 3–5 business days

Rush: 24–48 hours
